How could the municipality involve citizens in problems that concern us all?
In response to this question, I made an interactive module in collaboration that can be placed on a city bench. The module contains a place where the municipality’s question is displayed, provided with a QR code and web address, with which the resident can then link back to the municipality. As a visual stimulus, the module contains a compartment with which the question can be “dressed”
